1. Clients came with many questions which seems like they did not aware about carrying techniques during labor period. Also, some client has wrong information about labor carrying process and inaccurate information. 2. Client was unaware about some precautions which can take to maintain intake and output during labor time. 3. Client felt exhausted in prior labor even they worried that she could push the baby out due to lack of information.

Statement #1 The goal is to provide proper information and knowledge about specific topic due to lack of knowledge and misunderstanding and result of that women would capable to understand changes in the body so, they would follow particular techniques to deal with the situation. Statement #2 The goal is to increase intake and prevent losses such as vomiting, blood loss and changes in hormones. Statement #3 The goal is to reduce risk of inappropriate coping which could leads to situational dilemma. |
1. Give knowledge about methods such as normal progression of labor. 2. Keep eyes on client’s activity and guide them about procedure so they can take care themselves even when they are at home. 3. This is help to determine coping ability of client. For example, some women may feel shame to express their pain verbally in front of their family and other people. Whereas women encourage to express their pain verbally in middle eastern culture. 3. Women are more dependent During labor periods. So, unmet client may feel exhausted and suffer from anxiety which could lead to several dilemmas. By providing helping woman who help client to control their stress and inappropriate feelings by providing informational help. This companion should pay for that work. According to experts helping woman is very crucial for better infant outcome and plummet physical and emotional problems. 4. Stress, anxiety, and emotional problems may affects baby while labor period. A pregnant woman with placenta previa feels certain effects related to body such as dry mouth, insomnia, restlessness, frequent urination, etc. Sometime patient complain about stress, nervousness, excess amount of tension, unable to concentrate and shaking. 2. There are some situations when patient feels uneven or fluctuated heart rate and blood pressure while doing some activities. Also, cardiographic changes which indicate effect of ischemia. Moreover, patient felt weakness and external discomfort while pregnancy with placenta previa. 3. Patient came with dilemma such as Increased alertness and pulse, also constant vomiting and diarrhea which make her even more seeks during pregnancy. Moreover, increased blood pressure and perspiration. |
